Avijit Ghosh (born 7 February 2000) is an Indian entrepreneur, author, philosopher, musician, painter, and YouTuber. He is best known as the founder of Hindi Sales University and the Charitrapreneur Movement. His work spans education, sales training, literature, philosophy, music, and visual arts.

Early life and education

Avijit Ghosh was born on 7 February 2000 in Durgapur, West Bengal, India, into a middle-class family. His father, Ranajit Kumar Ghosh, is a retired mechanical engineer, and his mother, Malati Ghosh, served as an Anganwadi teacher.

He completed his secondary education at Durgapur Project Boys' High School and higher secondary education at Durgapur Taraknath High School. He later earned qualifications in hospitality, mechanical engineering, and English literature. He completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from ABS Academy of Polytechnic and graduated with First Class Honours in English from Netaji Subhas Open University.

Alongside academics, Ghosh pursued training in painting and acting, appearing for multiple examinations under Bangiya Sangeet Parishad and Banga Bharati Kala Kendra.

Career

Ghosh began his artistic journey in 2008 through painting and later received formal acting training at FCP Acting School, Durgapur.

In 2017, he entered the field of network marketing, which marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial career. In 2019, he founded Bangla Network Marketing University, an educational platform dedicated to providing sales and marketing education in the Bengali language.

He authored The Secret to Become Successful in Network Marketing Business, which became an Amazon bestseller in the Bengali language category. During this period, he developed a growing interest in character development and personal philosophy.

In 2020, he began creating motivational and educational content on YouTube, collaborating with several Bengali content creators and educational channels.

In 2022, Ghosh launched the Charitrapreneur Movement, a character-centered entrepreneurship initiative promoting ethical business practices and personal growth. The same year, he surpassed 200,000 subscribers across his YouTube presence and began publishing music through digital distribution platforms.

In 2023, he expanded his educational initiatives by transforming Bangla Network Marketing University into Hindi Sales University, a sales education platform targeting Hindi-speaking audiences across India.
